Food Service employeeSupported Employment Program (SEP)

Supported Employment is a short term program that allows initial training and stabilization for a person in their work setting. This program generally lasts 9-18 months at which time the person transitions into Extended Services.

People enrolled in Supported Employment are generally capable of working at community job sites or on contract job sites with the support and assistance of a Job Coach. People are supported to interview for jobs, explore the job market, and develop job skills. Once a job is secured people are supported in all areas of the job including transportation.  Food Service - cleaning
