Trained Supervisors and Support Staff are available to people who live in the group home or apartment settings. The support provided is individualized depending on the needs of each person.
Supported Living Arrangement (SLA)
Living in the community with minimal supports. People live in homes or apartments that they own or rent, but need some support in areas that may include budgeting, banking, meal preparation, etc. Learn More
Individual Supported Living Arrangement (ISLA)
People receiving these services are living in homes or apartments that they own or rent throughout the city. They are engaged in activities that will increase their independence and lead them to greater participation in community life. Learn More
Minimally Supervised Living Arrangement (MSLA)
A supervised apartment setting is available for people who want to live more independently, but who need and/or want staff availability 24 hours a day to structure their daily routine and provide support as needed. Learn More
Transitional Care Living Facility (TCLF)
Group home living for people who are not ready to live in the community or for people who do not want to live without extra supports present. Learn More
Congregate Care (CC)
One group home is available for older people or people who need intensive health supports and who are not able or do not choose to work. Learn More
Intermediate Care Facilities - Mental Retardation (ICF-MR)
These group homes are available for people with severe, profound, and multiple disabilities. 24 hour intensive staff support is available to meet individual needs for services. Learn More
